(Numbering in accordance with SWZ): 4.1 The subject of the order is Rationalization of energy consumption in public utility facilities - thermal modernization and installation of a PV installation on the premises of Primary School No. 3 at ul. Harcerzy Zatorowcy 6 in Łodź as part of the funding obtained from WFOŚiGW under the program "Rationalization of energy consumption in public buildings and municipal resources - 2025 edition. The subject of the order includes two additional tasks: 1) Task I) General scope of work to be performed as part of the installation of PV installations: Stage 1 - including preparation of documentation Stage 2 - including the execution of construction works on the basis of the developed documentation listed in Stage 1 2) Task II) General scope of work to be performed as part of the thermal modernization of the building 4.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the contract template in Annex No. 6a and Annex 6b to SWZ 6. ORDER COMPLETION DEADLINE Order completion date: from the date of conclusion of the contract to April 15, 2027. (the deadline for completing the subject of the contract depends on the Contractor's offer - the criterion for evaluating the offers. The maximum deadline for completing the subject is April 15, 2027) including: - Task I) PV installation Stage 1: up to 100 days from the date of signing the contract, Stage 2: starting from the date of the protocol handover of the construction site.
