(Numbering in accordance with SWZ): 4.1 The subject of the order is Rationalization of energy consumption in public utility facilities - thermal modernization and installation of a PV installation on the premises of the Primary School No. 54. K. Makuszyńskiego at ul. Wrobla 5 in Łodź as part of the funding obtained from WFOŚiGW under the program "Rationalization of energy consumption in public buildings and municipal resources - 2025 edition. The subject of the order includes two additional tasks: 1) Task I) General scope of work to be performed as part of the installation of PV installations: - Stage 1 - including the development of documentation - Stage 2 - including the execution of construction works on the basis of the developed documentation listed in Stage 1 2) Task II) General scope of work to be performed as part of the thermal modernization of the building 4.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the contract template in Annex No. 6a and Annex 6b to SWZ 6. ORDER COMPLETION DEADLINE Order completion date: 180 days from the date of signing the contract (the deadline for completing the subject of the contract depends on the Contractor's offer - the offer evaluation criterion: 180 days is the maximum deadline for completing the subject), including: - Task 1) PV installation Stage 1: up to 100 days from the date of signing the contract, Stage 2: starting from the date of the protocol handover of the construction site.
