The new structure should take inspiration from the most recent bird pen structure installation (see Appendix A) to provide display cohesion at the Centre.The successful proponent will be responsible for all design and coordination activities required to advance the project from concept through completion, including permitting and coordination with both Conservation Halton and all applicable approval authorities.
