The building is located at Kylätie 6 C, 58900 Rantasalmi. The contract form is a shared contract with subordination conditions. The construction contractor works as the main contractor and as the main executor as intended by the legislation in accordance with the contract program. HVAC, electrical and building automation contracts are implemented as side contracts subordinated to the construction contract. The tender request material can be retrieved from the SokoPro project bank. The contractor receives information from the project bank, after which he fills in the requested information on the project bank's page. After this, the contractor receives the contract calculation documents as an electronic link. The electronic material contractor gets the copies he needs and uses free of charge the contractor acquires at his own expense from the copying company of his choice. The contract calculation is based only on the PDF files provided by the developer. The construction contract begins in August 2026 and all work must be completed by July 31, 2027 at the latest by.
