Description : Invitation to Bid for Random Drug Testing - After Care Program
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of seventy nine thousand eight hundred pesos (Php 79, 800.00) only for Lot 1 and fifty nine thousand two hundred eighty pesos (Php 59, 280.00) only for Lot 2, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Random Drug Testing - After Care Program. Bids received in excess of each item of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Catering Services to be used for the Implementation of Municipal Ordinance of No.586-2023 or The Drug Free Workplace.Delivery of the Goods is required for 10 calendar days.
Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9) as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
