The U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi invites competitive quotes for a Ramadan Iftar and Suhour venue set-up at the U.S. Ambassador-s residence (CMR). The scope includes design, supply, setup, and removal of all furniture, furnishings, and equipment for the event. All set-ups and installations detailed in the attached RFQ are temporary, solely for the Ramadan Iftar/Suhour event, and shall be removed in the morning following the last event. The Contractor shall be liable for disposal of all debris produced from the contracted work in compliance with applicable local codes for industrial waste disposal.
