The work concerns the raising of the "triplex" elevator block located in wing 100, as well as the development of associated elevator locks. They include the following interventions: Main works: - Demolition of the existing covering at level 105; - Raising the elevator hopper an additional level; - Construction of two new floors intended for the elevator locks on levels 103 and 104; - Creation of bays in reinforced concrete elements; - Cladding the exterior facades of the enhanced area in architectural concrete; - Replacement of old curtain walls by new curtain walls; - Completion of the new elevator airlocks. One-off compliance work: The existing elevator/goods lift airlocks will occasionally be subject to compliance, including in particular: - The installation of fire-resistant compartmentalization partitions ; - Partial or total dismantling of false ceilings to allow the installation of new partitions; - Floor and wall finishes in the new areas created; - The installation of new EI1 type fire doors. - Integration of new lighting fixtures in the different airlocks - Adaptation existing HVAC ducts for the future reorganization of premises
