The head of the enterprise, PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (hereinafter - the Company) is interested in conducting competitive and transparent tenders and appreciates the same attitude from the tender participants. Please send a technical proposal for the supply of: Rail wheel current indicator - 1 set. The company reserves the right to suspend cooperation in case of identification of affiliation between tender participants during or after the tender. In order to avoid such situations, we ask tender participants to inform the Company if their affiliates participate in the tender. When the results of the tender are determined, they are taken into account proposals of tender participants that meet the Company's request for commercial and technical requirements. The offer proposed by the tender participants is considered taking into account price and non-price criteria, in particular, but not exclusively, conditions and terms of delivery (including, based on the provisions of INCOTERMS) and/or performance of works and/or provision of services and payment, sanction risks and other, based on the relevant tender request. The company reserves the right to notify only the winner of the tender results. The company is ready to consider offers of alternative goods and containers that are equivalent that is the subject of the corresponding tender. This invitation is sent for informational purposes and is not a preliminary contract or an offer for its conclusion.
