Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) seeks proposals from qualified radon testing service providers to create a roster of firms who can perform radon testing for homeowners who are scheduled to receive HUD-funded lead remediation through RIHousing-s LeadSafe Homes Program. All work must comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations, including applicable building codes.
