This requirement is for the renewal of a five year repair Long term
Contract (LTC). The LTC renewal will be for a term of five years and cover
three NIINs listed below.

NOMEN: RA, AIRCRAFT, MATERIANIIN: 016465802 QTY: 96
NAVSUP WSS intends on awarding sole source to BAE (Cage 0D0D0), and
that the lack of response from any other source will consider them to be
not interested.
All items listed are AMC 3C to sole source vendor under the authority of FAR
6.302-1. Government source approval is required for award. If you are not
an approved source, you must submit, together with your proposal, the
information detailed in the NAVSUP Source Approval Request (SAR)
Brochure which can be obtained on the internet
at: https://www.navsup.navy.mil/Business-Opportunities/Home/
Proposals received which fail to provide all of the data required by the SAR
brochure will not be considered for award under this solicitation. Please
note, if evaluation of a source approval request submitted hereunder
cannot be processed in time and/or approval requirements preclude the
ability to obtain subject items in time to meet Government requirements,
award of requirement may be continued based on Fleet support
needs.
