This project involves the Design and Construct execution of the upgrade of emergency lighting, the replacement of roofing and associated hydraulic systems to the Chinook Transition Team Building located at RAAF Townsville Base, QLD. Other works to be carried out are the refurbishment of all office and workspaces, inclusive of repainting, floor coverings, ceiling replacement, kitchenette and wet area refurbishment. The works also in multiple buildings on base to upgrade existing roller doors.
