This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items and was prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13.5, and supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both beta.SAM (https://beta.sam.gov/) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/).The RFQ is N0018924Q0517. The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-03 and DFARS Publication Notice 20220326.It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 611710 and the Small Business Size Standard is $24 million.NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Office located at 700 Robbins Ave Building 2B Philadelphia PA hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price (FFP) contract. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the instant procurement on a sole source basis to Meazure Learning, of Eagan, MN pursuant to the procedures of FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13.5.
