WOV/INV/R4/30/S2 - 2 The services include: - Carrying out a topographical survey; - Further spatial and traffic development of the design alternatives from the scoping note for the GRUP 'Zelzate-oost' in order to provide the necessary input for the preparation of the EIA plan. - The further design research that is requested in the context of the further preparation of the EIA plan. The preparation of the EIA plan itself is not part of this assignment. - To provide the necessary attention during the entire design process to ensure road safety, traffic engineering, human factor and road design, at least one member within each design team must have a certificate from a recognized training course as a road safety auditor (https://www.vlaanderen.be/mobiliteit-en-openbare-werken/verkeer/verkeersveiligheidsaudit). It is the task of this member to identify bottlenecks relating to road safety for the different categories of road users and to determine their severity. identify them and adjust the design process accordingly.
