R3 maintenance intervention on automatic and semi-permanent couplings of Metrovalencia 4300 series units. In order to comply with the maintenance plan established for the 4300 series units of Metrovalencia it is necessary to carry out the type R3 intervention in both automatic and semi-permanent. To carry out this type of intervention it is necessary to dismantle the equipment and do the maintenance consisting of replacing the maintenance kit supplied by the manufacturer of the couplings and also carry out a series of trials and tests that will allow the teams to continue having safety and reliability standards as up to now and until the next major intervention wingspan.
