R100 - Ground-side infrastructure development Main contractor contract for the construction of the landside road network, parking lot and utility networks related to the Terminal development ("R100 - Landside") The object of the investment is Liszt Ferenc International Airport the reconstruction of the approach road and the entire utility network connected to it with the aim of increasing capacity and modernizing it. The result of the planned development is a new road and utility network, parking facilities, pedestrian paths. The planned road network is 53, 000 m2. The new one road network connects to the current arrival and departure levels. The collection, service and bypass roads have 2 and 3 traffic lanes, respectively. To connect the existing and new network elements, it is necessary to build a new overpass structure (free opening 16.6 m). The parking lots in the immediate vicinity of the current terminal will be demolished, and a new facility providing parking spaces for approximately 1, 000 vehicles will be built in its place, connected to "J" Portai út (with asphalt pavement), the necessary utilities and with the construction of public lighting, the arrangement of green spaces, and the construction of buildings related to services. Within the area, the entire utility network - the main collection network of rainwater drainage, sewage drainage, drinking water and fire water networks, as well as the IT and electrical network and related infrastructures - will be rebuilt.
