The purpose of the framework agreement is to meet Forsvarsbygg's needs for services in in connection with operation, maintenance and new acquisitions of pipe engineering facilities in the Oslo area. The assignment is described in more detail in the tender documents, part III. The framework agreement must be a parallel framework agreement with up to 3 suppliers. Calls are initially assigned according to the waterfall principle, but calls with an estimated value that exceeds NOK 500, 000 excl. VAT awarded after a reopening of the competition (mini-competition). The framework agreement's maximum value is NOK 60, 000, 000. excl. VAT. The client reserves the right to to cancel the competition if there is a factual reason, for example in case of loss of planned funding or lack of approval from political or military quarters.
