The purpose of the framework agreement is to meet Forsvarsbygg's needs for services in in connection with operation, maintenance and new acquisitions of pipe engineering facilities in the Bodø area. The assignment is described in more detail in the tender documents, part III. The framework agreement must be a parallel framework agreement with up to 3 suppliers. Calls are initially assigned according to the waterfall principle, but calls with an estimated value that exceeds NOK 500, 000 excl. VAT awarded after a reopening of the competition (mini-competition). The framework agreement's estimated value is NOK 60, 200, 000. excl. VAT Maximum withdrawal is NOK 75, 200, 000. excl. VAT.
