Regarding the achievement: The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency needs support for various assignments within surveying services as well as the processing of geographical information connected to the construction projects at the defence bases in Norway.Amongst the construction projects are infrastructure, hangars, quarters and other buildings. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency will need continuous imports into The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's digital systems in the contract period. The assignments will be to receive ground from the contractors, the control volume for submitting to the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency ́s map database, implementation of the necessary surveying on behalf of the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, etc. Surveying using drone flying is likely to be relevant as well. From the start of the framework agreement there will already be a need for the presence of surveyors over time at the air stations at Evenes, Ørland and Værnes.Locations with particular priority when sufficient capacity is requested from tenderers are Bardufoss, Andenes, Evenes, Ørlandet/Værnes, and Rygge.During the execution of the contract, the consultant can have access to screening information or objects in accordance with the Security Act. Persons who shall have access to the security cleared information must be security cleared before they can be qualified for screened, secret information.
