The Lottery is seeking to purchase either an existing 11, 000 ¿ 13, 000 square foot commercial mixed-use office/warehouse building or a 0.6 ¿ 1.0-acre raw land site suitable for new construction in one of the following cities or nearby areas: Daly City, San Francisco, South San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Piedmont, or Emeryville. To support this relocation and future capital projects, the Lottery requires a qualified Contractor to provide remote and on-site construction project management services on an as-needed, Task Order basis. The primary focus of this contract will be the Richmond District Office relocation project. However, the Lottery also operates facilities statewide, including its Headquarters Campus, district offices, and distribution warehouses. During the term of this contract, the Lottery may require construction project management services at one or more of these additional locations, which would be requested via Task Order. Detailed construction project management services are outlined in Attachment 11, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, and are organized by project phase from pre-construction through project close-out.
