R0007EBE - Framework agreement ventilation and filter The Agency for Building and Property manages approx. 1.3 million square meters of building stock, and has the task of meeting Bergen municipality's needs for premises and outdoor areas. The total property mass is spread over 8 districts. The main weight of The property consists of approx. 100 schools and 60 kindergartens, in addition to nursing homes, administration buildings, car parks, Bergen harbor and sports facilities, with associated outdoor areas. Some of the buildings are listed/worthy of preservation with antiquarian value. To cover the agency's needs for upgrades and maintenance of the building mass, Bergen municipality at the Building and Property Agency intends to enter into framework agreements with two suppliers for ventilation services and supply of filters.
