The latest version as well as the amendments to the Public Procurement Law (Regulation NB-2022-78), apply to this call for tenders. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security deposit (bank draft) or a bid bond, corresponding to at least 10% of the total bid, payable to the City of Caraquet.
