Tender Details

The purpose of this Call for Quotation (CfQ) is for the supply only of granulated bituminous waterproofing membrane and primer on a Framework Contract Basis, for use by the Public Works Department - particularly by the Project Implementation Directorate. The Contract, once awarded, shall run on an "if and when required basis", running for a base period of 12 consecutive calendar months, which may, however, be extended for a further period of six (6) months (or part of). During the execution of the Contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right for repeat orders of up to 50 percent of those indicated in the Financial Bid Form to cater for any unforeseen maintenance requirements related to such products. It is however to be understood that, the prerogative to order such repetition of supplies shall vest in the Contracting Authority and if not used the Contractor shall have no claim against the Contracting Authority.
