Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the 2024 GAA Locally Funded Projects intends to apply the sum of Forty-Eight Million Four Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos and Fifteen Centavos (Php48, 477, 358.15) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Quinapondan Port Development Project (Construction of R.C. Pier and Expansion of Back-up Area). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOTr now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within three hundred (300) calendar days inclusive of fifty (50) pre-determined unworkable days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. ...
