Tender Details

Quick press Ruter (hereafter also called the Client) hereby invites you to make an offer for the procurement of a framework agreement for high-speed printing. The client has an ongoing need for fast printing and copying services related to posters and printed matter in various sizes and designs, including, among other things, flyers, letterhead, leaflets, banners and the like. Further information about the procurement can be found in Appendix 1. The competition is conducted in accordance with Act 17 June 2016 no. 73 on public procurement and regulations 12 August 2016 no. 975 on procurement rules in the supply sectors (supply regulations) part I. The value of the procurement is below the applicable threshold value for the supply sector, which as of today is NOK 5, 000, 000 excl. value added tax. The client can after the offers are received, decide to negotiate with one or more providers or enter into a contract on the basis of the best offer without carrying out negotiations. Information on qualification requirements and award criteria can be found in points 3 and 4 of the procedure description, which are attached to the competition.
