Tender Details

Quick press Ruter (hereafter also called the Client) hereby invites you to make an offer for the procurement of a framework agreement for high-speed printing. The client has an ongoing need for fast printing and copying services related to posters and printed matter in various sizes and designs, including, among other things, flyers, letterhead, leaflets, banners and the like. Further information about the procurement can be found in Appendix 1. The competition is conducted in accordance with Act 17 June 2016 no. 73 on public procurement and regulations 12 August 2016 No. 975 on procurement rules in the supply sectors (supply regulations) part II. The procurement procedure chosen is limited tender competition. The value of the acquisition is below the current threshold value for the supply sector, which as of today is NOK 5, 000, 000 excl. value added tax. In the event of a tendering competition, the Principal may, after the tenders have been received, decide to negotiate with one or more tenderers or enter into a contract on the basis of the best tender without carrying out negotiations. Information about qualification requirements and award criteria appear in points 3 and 4 of the procedure description, which is attached to the competition.
