Region: New Zealand Overview: This Request for Proposal relates to the procurement of civil contractor and associated construction services for the delivery of the proposed public carpark in the Queenstown CBD. Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) is pursuing the construction of a carpark for public use/fee paying customers at 47-49 and 53-61 Stanley Street, Queenstown. The proposed carpark is intended to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing a total of 131 vehicle spaces and will be accessed from two separate accesses off Ballarat Street. The carpark will also provide for 3 accessible vehicle spaces, up to 13 (potential) EV charging parks, 21 cycle parks and 3 pay stations.
