Raeford Rd., Fayetteville, NC 28304 and Wilmington HCC, 1705 Gardner Road, Wilmington, NC 28405 with a 100% Small Business set aside via a Firm-Fixed Price contract as the procurement method. The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about September 16, 2025. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Quotes will be accepted for a five (5) day period commencing with the solicitation issuance date.
