The Scope of Services Includes:
• Prepare Tender Documents, Inclusive of Priced and Unpriced Bills of Quantities (Bqs)
• Evaluate Bids Received and Prepare Tender Evaluation Report • Arrange and Host the on-Site Kick-off Meeting To Commence the Works Phase
• Monitor the Works Contract and Prepare Interim Valuations on Account to the Contractor
• Prepare and Certify the Final Accounts for the Works.
