Lot n°1: Technical assistance for project management Lot n°2: Technical assistance to project management The services are as follows: Development of control and sampling plans Non-destructive and destructive auscultations Tests of laboratory Control reports This consultation has two lots. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum single awardees The Lot 1 quality control service includes depending on the work carried out for each operation the following elements: 1- Setting up and configuring a dematerialized document platform for the quality control market (Lot 1 and Lot 2) 2- The preparation of documents prior to the work subject to the approval of the Project Manager: - Planning of controls that can be carried out before, during and after work (PCQ); - Materials sampling plan (PPM); - Program of controls after implementation of the works (PCAMOT). 3- Assistance in examining work execution documents submitted for the approval of the Project Manager: - Quality Assurance Plan; - Execution procedures (Implementation instructions: IMOC); - Notices and technical sheets for materials and equipment; - Terms of internal control of the works company; - Calculation notes; - Injection firing plan; - Reinforcement plan. 4- Assistance with monitoring and technical control of the works: - Assistance and/or carrying out routine quality controls, currently being carried out...
