The successful firm will be required to provide Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) field services in compliance with the Construction Quality Assurance Plan as included in Attachment A. Twin Chimneys Landfill Unit 4 Cell 5 Liner Construction Documents Project Manual issued for Proposal prepared by HDR Engineering, Inc. of the Carolinas dated July 2026. Services shall be performed in a detailed, comprehensive manner to allow for certification of all aspects of construction contract. A report on the CQA services provided during the project will be required for submittal to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SCDES) within 30 days of substantial completion of the construction.
