The object of the procurement is the quality and control information system to be used by the social, health and rescue industry of the city of Helsinki, as a total service offered by the supplier selected for the procurement. The goal of the acquisition is to create a unified, user-oriented information system that supports the quality and control of service production, which serves employees, supervisors and management, as well as support and maintenance services that serve the operation. The need and goal is based on the need to develop a unified system that gathers scattered control information together and supports its systematic utilization in management and decision-making. The changed legislation, especially the law on social and healthcare supervision (741/2023), requires the quality, uniformity and reporting of supervisory information to be improved. The system complex under procurement includes the following architectural, functional and supportable modules: - Quality and control system (Supervision tool) - Notification sections, including defects, adverse and dangerous events, and serious risk events - System related to the activities of social and patient affairs officers - Management of medical treatment permits.
