Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the information system for quality and control that will be used by the social, health and rescue industry of the city of Helsinki, as a total service offered by the supplier selected for the procurement. The aim of the acquisition is to create a uniform, an information system that is user-oriented and supports the quality and control of service production, which serves practical employees, supervisors and management, as well as a support and maintenance service that serves the operation. Behind the need and goal is the need to develop a unified system that gathers scattered control information together and supports its systematic utilization in management and decision-making. The changed legislation, especially the Act on Social and Health Care Supervision (741/2023), requires improving the quality, consistency and reporting of supervisory information. The system entity to be procured includes the following architectural, functional and supportable modules: -Quality and monitoring entity (Supervision tool) -Notification sections, including complaints, adverse and dangerous events, and the totality of serious dangerous events -The totality related to the activities of social and patient affairs officers -Management of medical treatment permits.
