Requirements: - qualified signature electronic on the card - card only (large in SIM format), without a reader (the employee has a USB reader after the previous Centert signature, which has expired) - certificate validity: 2 years - time stamps included - identity verification at the headquarters Ordering Party - ul. Szczęśliwicka 62 (or online via mObywatel/Profil Zaufany) Please attach a price offer containing: - 1 piece of electronic signature on the card (without reader) - validity of the certificate - 2 years - time stamps (min. 500 pcs/month) - delivery method - cost of identity verification at the Ordering Party's office (ul.
