Qualification_Accounting and invoicing solution (AFI) for district heating customers This procurement will cover parts of the value chain that measure, settle, invoice and send claims to customers for the consumption of district heating (the MAFI process). Measured values are collected in a separate system, and is not covered by the scope/delivery in this procurement. This procurement includes settlement and correction of meter values, invoicing and collection, referred to as the AFI process. Lunera Energi was formed on 1 December after Statkraft Heat was purchased. It is uncertain whether parts of the scope in the contract (under-measurement) will become an investment area and the scope of the contract value is therefore somewhat uncertain. It is assumed that the value of the contract will be NOK 30-50 million in ten years annual period, but if under-measurement becomes a focus area, the maximum scope of the contract is 70 million over ten years, including options.
