Qualification of professionals specialized in the construction of mobile terminals in order to identify, select and test models of mobile terminals (smartphones, tablets and rugged terminals). This system aims to qualify economic operators specializing in the construction of mobile terminals capable of meeting the technical and functional requirements defined by La Poste. The models selected following tests and selection will make it possible to create a catalog of mobile terminals which will be offered to La Poste SA and certain of its subsidiaries (La BANQUE POSTALE, The DOCAPOSTE CSP Company, The VIAPOSTE TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT Company, The VIAPOSTE HOLDING Company, The NEOLOG Company, The Press Processing Company, The Company VIAPOSTE MAINTENANCE, The company LDKM) to compete in markets concluded with distributors of mobile terminals. This qualification system includes a single batch, and La Poste will initiate the first consultations from from February 20, 2026.
