Qualification System EU-403 Substations
TenneT faces a major task in the coming years. The growing demand for customer connections and the need for increased transmission capacity require (rapid) construction and expansion of the high-voltage grid. Achieving this requires a sense of integrated responsibility from both TenneT and the involved contractors and external stakeholders. With this qualification system, TenneT aims to compile a list of suitable contractors for carrying out the necessary multidisciplinary work relating to new and existing substations of 110 kV and above. The tender process will take place exclusively online via the Mercell Source-to-Contract platform.
