BAC/2022/092 - 1 BAC/2022/092 - 2 BAC/2022/092 - 3 Brussels Airport Company wishes to set up a qualification system with several companies for construction and renovation projects smaller than or equal to €5 million at Brussels Airport. This qualification system will consist of 3 categories (monetarily divided) further divided into 17 lots. Construction and renovation works include: 1. Civil Works: concrete, masonry, roof, exterior joints, screed, interior demolition (including asbestos removal), ... (everything up to 'shell') 2. Interior Works (floors, ceiling, partition walls, carpet, painting, interior joinery, etc.) 3. Sanitary Works (water (drainage), sanitary materials, etc.) (plumbing) 4. HVAC Works (Smoke and Heat Evacuation ('RWA'), cooling, heating, ventilation, ...) 5. Electrical works (Low voltage, High voltage, lighting, ...) 6. Fire engineering works (sprinkler, smoke screen, detection, ...) 7. (General contractor) (all above techniques). This assignment is published voluntarily, for free to allow competition to play its best.
