Tenderers are invited to a dynamic purchasing system for universal design for Ruter AS.Ruter shall make it easy for all inhabitants in Ruter´s area to use the services and our offer. We shall take the diversity of inhabitants into consideration and everyone shall have an equal opportunity to use the offer. You have a desire to solve problems for real people and the ability to see outside establish myths, norms and restrictions. You involve a variety of people in the processes in order to find innovation potential. At the same time, you have good control of the rules, principles and conventions within the discipline.This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:— Consultancy services for the discipline.— Identifying barriers and opportunities for broader inclusion.— Insight work connected to the potential for innovation in the discipline.— Uncover needs and prepare solution proposals.— User testing with persons who have function and movement difficulties.
