Object of the contract
The purpose of this procedure is to establish a list of qualified candidates who will provide the following services on the order of the contracting entity: constitution of the administrative part of the permit file: effective participation in the plenary meeting for the establishment of the building (four weeks before the start );: drafting of the site opening report;: control and monitoringmonitoring of the work (three minimum visits with visit report); effective participation in the reception of civil engineering works; realization of the class III environmental permit; the royal decree of 25.1.2001, carrying out the mission of health and safety coordinator, namely: ensuring the role of coordinatoreur project and implementation according to the legislation in force in particular the law on welfare of 4.8.1996 and the royal decree of 25.1.2001 on temporary or mobile sites; :: submit the coordination contract to the STBE; :: display on the spot of the notification of the start of the works (minimum ten days before the start of the works); :: write and send the CTM documents to the responsibleble du BE (study phase); :: write and send CTM documents to the construction manager (realization phase); :: write and send the construction manager the subsequent intervention file (DIU).
