The category covers procurement of power plant controller (“PPC”) systems for utility-scale solar PV and BESS plants. The PPC must fulfil all applicable grid code requirements, including active and reactive power control, frequency response, voltage regulation, and ramp rate control, among others. Scope includes hardware supply, factory configuration and testing, commissioning, cybersecurity compliance documentation, remote access capabilities, grid compliance documentation and support, and post-sales technical support.
