Bergen municipality shall procure a new HR system, delivered as a cloud service. The new system shall replace the HR functions in the current HR and payroll system (UNIT4 ERP/UBW HR, WebCruiter and Dossier). The system shall cover the municipality ́s needs within the following main processes and function areas: Recruitment Phase-in before and after assignment and phasing, Basic data HR and employment Personnel administration, employment conditions, absence and holidays, variable wages and allowances, document handling and document archive, distribution and signing, organisation structure, roles and access Competence holding, competence development and follow-up, competence management and competence management and Analysis Worker Follow-up Call support, sick leave follow-up, presence work, feedback, pulse measurements and surveys, Wage negotiation and strikesRol based work surface/portal Reporting and analysis Integrations and the exchange of data between different systems The agreement includes implementation and facilitation, including training, data conversion and establishment of integrations, as well as operation/management, user support and further development.
