Tender Details

Bergen municipality shall procure a new digital system for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of political meetings. The contract is for the establishment of the service including training, establishment of integrations and operation/management including user support. A contract is planned for ongoing service procurements over the internet, "as-a-service" delivery. The agreement also includes an option for a streaming service and an option for some development after the delivery day. The new political meeting portal shall replace the ICT system currently used by the municipality.
