Tender Details
Tolkesentralen at Oslo University Hospital (OUS) shall procure a system for registering and assigning interpretation orders. The system must i.e. include an overview of interpreters and which languages they serve, as well as all departments and persons who order interpretation. The system must be a CRM system and it must be able to produce reports that function as a management tool and describes the daily activity. It must be able to handle outgoing and incoming written communication in the form of e-mails and messages between Tolkesentralen and interpreters, and between Tolkesentralen and the person and department that orders the interpretation. The system shall have Norwegian user interface. It is primarily desirable to procure a system that is in use and that has the necessary functionality to communicate assignments, but there is also room for development and improvement of further functionality.
