Quadrennial Term Contract for Maintenance of Fire Service Installations for Hong Kong Police Force, Correctional Services Department, Drainage Services Department, Fire Services Department, Independent Commission Against Corruption and Security Bureau for Hong Kong Island and Outlying Islands
Description:-The scope of the works includes maintenance, repair, alteration and addition services of fire service installations for the venues of the Hong Kong Police Force, Correctional Services Department, Drainage Services Department, Fire Services Department, Independent Commission Against Corruption and Security Bureau. The contract is scheduled to commence in February 2025 for expiry in January 2029.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Fire Service Installation (Group II)- or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Fire Service Installation (Group II)- who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
