Description : 1) The Philippine Army, through the NGA, General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 with Advice of Sub-Allotment (ASA) Nr 2200-2026-0350 valid until 31 December 2026 intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-NINE MILLION EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (PhP39, 088, 800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the procurement of 5, 429 each Bed, Double Deck, Steel under QM PABAC1 019-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for Procurement of 5, 429 each Bed, Double Deck, Steel. Delivery of the Goods is required for the duration as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of this bidding documents. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
