Description : 1) The Philippine Army, through the NGA, General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 with Advice of Sub-Allotment (ASA) Nr 2200-2026-0492 valid until 31 December 2027 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS (PhP7, 392, 000.00) for the Procurement of 462 each Multi Arm Rack for M16, M14 and M4/R4 under QM PABAC1 018-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for the procurement of 462 each Multi Arm Rack for M16, M14 and M4/R4. Delivery of the Goods is required for the duration as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of this bidding documents. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
