Description : 1) The Philippine Army, through the Trust Receipts with Advice of Allotment (AA) Nr. 2025-04-30 dated 06 October 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP2, 400, 000.00) as indicated below under QM PABAC1 014-26 Lot 2 for the Procurement of Modern Testing Systems being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
