The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of a Science Lab (Block E Room 15) located at Pimlico State High School, 55-77 Fulham Road, Pimlico, QLD 4812. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email to tenderers. Pimlico State School has an existing Science Lab Classroom which requires full refurbishment. The works include, but are not limited to;1. Demolition works2. Refurbishment works includinga. Service, make good, or replace windows and doorsb. Replace flooringc. Patch and paint walls and ceilingsd. New bench/joinery itemse. Upgrade fumes cupboardf. Safety fixtures such as eye wash shower and chemicals basinsg. Associated plumbing and drainage works3. External works consisting of concrete paths, amendments to landscaped areas, stormwater drainage, redirection of tundish discharge to sewer.Site Visit Details: To be confirmed with school
