This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works.The project scope entails modifications to an existing car park that facilitates additional drop off and go areas with a new shade structure at the waiting area. The works are required to be delivered during the by the June school holidays.The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and obtaining the relevant certifications. All works to be carried in in accordance with all building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines. Tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request: • QBCC Licence • Professional Indemnity Insurance (to value of $1 million in accordance with the contract) • Public Liability Insurance • WorkCover Insurance Submission closes on the Friday 27th of March 2026 @ 3pm via email to [email protected] Site inspection will be held on Tuesday 17th of March at 09:30am.
