Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Playground Upgrade at Mudgeeraba State Special School, located at 4 School St, Mudgeeraba QLD 4213, as part of the Playground and Tuckshop Grant (PTG) program.The works include installation of new play equipment, artificial turf and soft-fall surfaces, landscaping, drainage upgrades, and embankment stabilisation. The design integrates nature play elements, improved accessibility, and upgraded circulation paths to create a safe and inclusive environment.All works are to be completed by August 2026.Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1MIL.• Submissions close on 24/04/2026 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
